Stretch time: sadly, is often the activity we skip out on the most, whether it’s the cooldown after class, or not at all. Guilty? Yeah, us too. After an intense, sweat-inducing class, heading out for a 5-minute head start can be majorly tempting! While stretching may not be the most exciting activity on the menu when it comes to exercise, it’s actually one of the most important factors in reaching our fitness goals.
Pilates? I thought you said Pie and Lattes! Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes balanced development through core strength, flexibility, and awareness. Pilates is efficient, easy movement through meditation, core, body, and flow of movements. The classes are designed to help people achieve the ultimate health in mind, body and spirit and is for EVERY-body, regardless of fitness level.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. You may want to bring grippy socks for Yoga or Mat Pilates classes.
